Time for a change, or actually, back to some well known, with a lot of unknowns. Theis Eichel, my previous manager at SIG, is starting a new department at 7N – and I’m on the new team. We aim for being all large IT corporations preferred management consulting firm, when there is something on fire – or if they would be sure nothing starts a fire. We will have a data centric approach, and would like to create services that enables CxO level to make the right decisions.
We will measure what makes sense to measure, provide insights to all stakeholders from developer to CIO, and we would like to adjust the detail level to match the audience. All our measurements will follow standards e.g. ISO 25010. If we would like other measurements, we will find a standard to use – or add the effort to get the measurements standalized.
